Shipping Australia

 

Standard Post:  $10.00 flat rate –  Australia Post Parcel Post Service 2-6 business days
Express Post:    $15.00 flat rate –  Australia Post Express Post Service 1-2 business days

 

All international orders are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $35 AUD, and will be sent via Australian Post International (StarTrack).

 

United States Shipping 

We partner with Zonos to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience to the U.S.

A flat rate shipping fee of $35 AUD applies to all U.S. orders.

An additional 15% of your order value (excluding shipping) is calculated at checkout. This amount covers import duties, taxes, and processing fees required for your order to clear U.S. Customs.

 

For all other international destinations, duties and taxes are not included and may be payable upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Saffron Lane is required to declare the exact value and origin of all items. If the receiver refuses to pay the taxes and duties, the package will be returned to us and the customer will be issued a store credit once received, excluding the return and original shipping charges.

 

If your country is not listed in our International Shipping zones at checkout, please contact us here and we will happily advise you on international delivery costs and timings based on your particular order and country of destination.

 

 

When will we ship your order

We dispatch orders daily, Monday – Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from time of purchase. If you require your order to be processed and sent the same day please explore our Express option. At peak times there may be delivery delays, during which our Customer Service will keep you informed.

 

Shipping Timelines
For Australian capital cities – 1-3 business days
For Regional Australia – 1-7 business days
For international – 1-15 business days

 

Note: Once your parcel is passed to our courier, you will receive the tracking details to monitor its progress. We do not take responsibility for items lost in the mail.

 

We are happy to liaise with the courier, to determine the transit details of your package.

Refund Policy

As a small independent brand, the costs involved in processing returns ~ including shipping, handling, and restocking are significant for a business of our size. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds.

Instead, we offer store credit so you can find a piece that feels just right, while allowing us to continue creating sustainably and responsibly. Your understanding means we can continue to grow and create beautiful pieces with care and intention.

Store credits are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

If you need a new size, please contact us here to find out details on how to return your item. All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your goods.

Once we have received your returned item, we are happy to give you a store credit to place a new order.

Please contact us here to assist with sizing enquiries, to prevent the need to return your item. We understand this process gets expensive, and we would like to avoid these extra costs for you.

 

Our returns and store credit policy:

 

By processing your payment with Saffron Lane, you are accepting the following terms and conditions, regarding any return of your purchase.

 

  • Item(s) to be returned must be received in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • The customer is responsible for returning any items by registered post to Saffron Lane.
  • All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your goods. Once we have received the item, please allow 24hrs for your credit note to be processed and sent to your email.
  • No return on sale items, only full priced item.
  • If your item does not meet the requirements, Saffron Lane reserves the right to refuse the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
  • No refunds will be given.
Store Credit
  • A customer returning an item will be issued with an electronic store credit, sent to the customer’s email.
  • Store credits can only be used by the credit holder, and are valid for 24 months upon receipt.
  • A store credit does not cover your shipping costs.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please note:  Once payment is made, no refund is available.

Faulty Items
  • Please contact us via email here within 24 hours of receiving your product if there is a fault with your item(s).
  • Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Saffron Lane.

 

Once the item is deemed faulty, we will either send you a replacement, or issue a refund in the form of the original purchase payment. It can take up to 6 business days to show up in your account.

Afterpay Returns

If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will issue a store credit. Please note, that your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand, and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.

 

Saffron Lane is unable to offer partial refunds. The store credit will be for the total value of the item(s) returned.
